East Georgia Cancer Coalition

The mission of the East Georgia Cancer Coalition (EGCC) is to raise awareness, provide health education, prevent and detect cancer, support patients and families, enhance survivors’ lives and prepare future leaders for the workforce within our region. 
The EGCC aims to accomplish this by ensuring people in our region receive cancer prevention education, screenings, healthcare system navigation, family and survivor support and information about the latest cancer research discoveries.
EGCC brings cancer prevention education and awareness to the community, providing materials such as, healthy recipes, and sunscreen. We also offer resources for free cancer screenings to Georgians who are uninsured and/or uninsured.
