Our best seller by-the-pound, we named it Alliyum because “allium” is the onion genus, and this stuff’s the yummiest, freshest, brightest onion salt you’ll ever eat. In spring and summer, we add wild (responsibly) foraged ramps. We’ve been told it even gets kids to eat their veggies! Faboo on creamy salads, raw veggies, steak, chicken, fish and even apples. Heck, try some on watermelon! Alliyum is not a rub. Use it as you would salt: sprinkle, don't pour.
Alliyum is desiccant-free, and onions are alive no matter how long you dry them. So close the lid tight and keep it in the fridge. It should last at least 6 months after opening.
