Dulce D Leche

We are a scratch bakery, gelato maker, chocolate maker, producer of frozen dinners, and café based in Ashland, MA. Our bakery produces artisan sourdough breads, cakes, pies, croissants, cookies, brownies, and specialty pastries. Our top cookies are Argentinian alfajores, Millionaires shortbread, and chocolate chip.

Our frozen dinners include chicken pot pies, shepherd's pies, lasagna, chicken tikka, Thai chicken curry, South Indian spiced chickpea curry, Argentinean country chicken, 4-cheese Mac, and spinach & Feta pies.

At some farmer's markets, we also prepare breakfast sandwiches and gyros with shawarma, Mediterranean chicken, and falafel.

Our croissants include plain, chocolate, almond, spinach & Feta, bacon & cheddar, and prosciutto & asiago. Brioche pastries include cinnamon rolls, pecan sticky buns, and Slavic Kolache with sweet walnut paste. Pies are typically sized for 1-2 people and for 8 people with a wide variety of house-made fillings.
Where appropriate, we can provide hand-scooped gelato in 5 flavors from a mobile freezer cart.
Weather permitting, we bring some of our chocolate items, including pecan turtles, salted cashew turtles, chocolate dipped potato chips, truffles, and more.
