Pave Bakery

Pave bakery is a small business founded and run by a group of teachers baking up high quality pastries that use as many local ingredients as possible. We source all the fruit we can from local farms (Strawberries, Peaches, and blackberries are big hits for us!) and we get all of our whole wheat from a farm just outside Greensboro NC. We believe in making the best pastry possible, using as local ingredients as possible. We specialize in croissant based pastries with seasonal twists, cinnamon rolls, and artisanal bread grown with heritage NC wheat.
