Shiro Kuma Snow Cream

We are Shiro Kuma Snow Cream, Salt Lake City's first "snow cream" (aka Taiwanese shaved ice) mobile dessert company.

Snow cream is lighter and fluffier than ice cream but has a more robust flavor profile than snow cones (so we aren't ice cream and we aren't snow cones).

At Shiro Kuma Snow Cream we don't scoop, but shave our home-made blocks of snow cream into delicate, fluffy ribbons. Customers then get to pick from several toppings to personalize their snow cream creations to perfection or choose from one of our six snow cream specials.

We also offer bubble waffles during the fall and winter months. A delicious, traditional, Asian street food, fresh off the press, topping them generously with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and drizzles such as chocolate and caramel. Resembling a waffle, bubble waffles have a lighter texture and are made by pouring our home-made (not from a box) egg batter into a specialized waffle iron that creates their distinctive bubble shape. The result is a delightful treat with the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and fluffiness on the inside.
