Bayside Bakery

Hello!My name is Brooke and I run Bayside Bakery out of Palm Harbor. I have been a home based baker/specialty cake decorator out of my home for about 5 years now. I am self taught and specialize in custom buttercream cakes (anything from small party cakes to large, tiered wedding cakes), as well as custom designed sugar cookies. My primary product for a market such as this would be my custom sugar cookies that are decorated according to popular trends, relevant themes, and current holidays/seasons, as well as various flavored macarons. I am working to expand my business reach and customer base with intent to eventually open a storefront down the line. I would love to expand my reach in the community and provide a larger platform for people to experience my work! I have participated in several farmer's markets and seasonal/holiday markets in the past and have always loved interacting with customers and other vendors in that setting.
