Slim Sadie's Original Beef Jerky is a result of 3 generations of jerky production. Refined over the years, Slim Sadie's is a hand-cut, hand-made artisan, yet traditional beef jerky. Only certified choice meat that is hand trimmed and seasoned with top quality ingredients is used in each batch. Slim Sadie's recently started commercial production after years of requests from friends and family to produce jerky. We hope you enjoy eating the jerky as much as we enjoy making it.
Production Practices
-A commercial kitchen containing commercial food processing equipment is utilized in all phases of production to ensure product quality and safety. A commercial dehydrator ensures the temperature is properly maintained throughout the dehydration process.
-The final product has undergone a complete nutritional analysis by a certified lab.
-The final product has also undergone a shelf life analysis by a certified lab in order to establish a proper expiration date to ensure safety.

Heidi Negranti was born and raised in Paso Robles Ca. Upon graduation from Paso Robles High School, she enlisted in the military for 6 years. After her military service and living out of the area, Heidi moved back to the Central Coast. Currently, Heidi and her husband are raising their 8th generation California family on their ranch in Shandon, Ca. Heidi wanted start a new business venture that she was passionate about. Thus, a family tradition continues and Slim Sadie's is born.
