About

ADVENTURE. An unusual and exciting, sometimes daring, experience or activity. That pretty much defines what most of us are looking for each and every day. It is with this inspiration in mind that we, at A. Leigh Designs, created our latest line of sensational clothing.

A. Leigh Designs was founded on the idea that personal experiences define us. Whether you travel to another state, country, or continent to find your adventures or just create one right in your backyard, adventure is all around us if you look hard enough. We want to capture those experiences within our designs by adding personal and unique elements to each creation.

We hope you reconnect with your previous adventures and find new thrills on the road ahead through our designs.

Production Practices

Fabrics for Abbie Leigh Designs are sourced from manufacturers solely by myself placing emphasis on quality, comfort, and functionality. For example, all short sleeve women's and men's shirts are made with a tri-blend fabric for increased softness and durability. Once the apparel product is selected, the process continues as I create the graphic to be printed on the fabric. I create my shirt designs based exclusively around the place or object I am featuring on my product, spending countless hours researching adventures, places, phrases, landmarks, activities, etc. that are unique to my subject. I also make sure to keep proper placement within my design a priority, and hence, no two designs have the same exact phrase repeated twice. The result of this is a unique apparel line produced on quality fabric.

Abbie Leigh Designs clothing line was formally launched in 2018 by Abbie Tyler. The concept behind the brand was developed during my college years. I began designing unique, innovative, attractive, designs that could be screen printed on high quality casualwear for women as part of a course project. Faculty members at Marist College’s Fashion Merchandising department were so impressed with the results that they had some product bearing my designs produced and sold in the Fashion Department’s retail store. After graduation, I incorporated my business and I continued to create new designs for my apparel line and develop product lines under the trademark and copyright A. Leigh Designs.
