Madelyn's Gluten Free & Vegan Bakery

Madelyn's is a haven for anyone seeking delicious treats without compromise. Founded in 2022, Madelyn's is a women-owned, locally run bakery that offers gluten-free and vegan baked goods that are both delectable and safe for those with sensitive dietary needs.

Inspired by her own journey with celiacs disease & lupus, Madelyn Fisher is our founder & baker. She uses her love for science and baking to craft incredible treats that redefine what gluten-free and vegan can truly be. Madelyn's isn't just about avoiding allergens; her mission is to create a joyful experience where everyone can safely indulge in a great baked good.

The gluten-free community is growing yearly. Celiac disease is effects 1% of the population, with up to 6% of the population reporting a gluten intolerance. Madelyn’s decision to not only be gluten free, but vegan was driven by the desire to serve the dairy-intolerant community. According to the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive & Kidney Diseases around 36% of Americans have lactose malabsorption, an inability to digest dairy properly. Madelyn’s has a dedication to provide the highest quality products to these underserved communities.
