Curry Up & Wok This Way is a Thai restaurant located in Waco, TX specializing in bold, authentic flavors made from scratch. Founded by Executive Chefs Bank and Ning, who were born and raised in Thailand, our menu stays true to traditional Thai cooking while offering a fast-casual dining experience. We take pride in serving fresh, high-quality ingredients with wok-fired dishes that pack a punch.

CUWTW operates within a food hall concept, creating a vibrant and convenient space for our guests to enjoy Thai cuisine. From fan-favorite curries to signature stir-fries, our goal is to bring the unbeatable flavors of Thailand to the heart of Texas.

Our journey started in 2019 at the farmer’s market, where we had the opportunity to introduce authentic Thai street food to the community. The farmer’s market was where we first introduced our food to the community and it quickly became a place that meant so much to us.

Thanks to the amazing support we received, we were offered a space at Union Hall, where we expanded into a full-time restaurant. Over time, we grew to two locations, but we’ve never forgotten where we started. The farmer’s market played a huge role in shaping our business, and we’ve always wanted to return, waiting for the right time and the right team to make it happen.

Now, Curry Up & Wok This Way is ready to go back! No matter how much we grow, we still believe in the blessings of the farmer’s market. It’s a special place where small businesses get the chance to start, connect, and thrive, just like we did. We’re excited to bring our stall back, keep the tradition alive, and continue serving up the flavors that started it all.
