Cooling Neck Wrap

Cooling neck wraps. Made in Canada by us (we have a small team of sewers in Vancouver and Victoria). They are made with non-toxic absorbent material that is safe for people and pets. You just soak in water and it put it on around your neck and it keeps you cool all day, they are low profile and come in a variety of fabrics.
