Kizuna Sauces

Our sauces are made locally in the Okanagan, in Penticton. Our factory is beside our sake brewery. We use the shio koji (which is fermented rice from our sake production) in our sauces to provide the umami flavour and give the sauce marinade qualities. All our sauces are gluten free and we use organic apple honey made in the Okanagan as well. The sauces available are: Sesame, Spicy Mayo, Yuzu Ponzu, Stir-Fry, Chili Soy Sauce, Teriyaki, Poke and Noodles+.
