We serve sourdough Neapolitan brick oven pizza. We make our own dough using a 00 Caputo antimo flour with a portion of Shepards grain for highest quality and flavors possible. We make our sauce with Italian san Marzano tomatoes and use fresh and local ingredients when available. We have been in business for almost 7 years in mountain home, where we started out at the local farmers markets and events.
