Armstrong Sauce Company was founded in 2020 by Stephen Armstrong and his wife Hope. Stephen began his hot sauce journey as a hobby as he was frustrated with one dimensional sauce and wanted to find that perfect balance between flavor and heat.

With 20 plus years in the culinary industry, Stephen has worked in some of the top restaurants in North Carolina. From the mountains to the Piedmont, from Asheville to Charlotte, mastering his culinary skills and gathering the knowledge to produce the best.

With a strong palette for creating bold flavors and a creative mind for pairing, Stephen is producing some of the most unique sauces around. He has developed the perfect balance of salt, acid and heat, with no preservatives all while letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
