Mountain Roots cultivates a resilient food system in Gunnison Valley, Colorado, by enhancing healthy connections between earth, food, and community. We foster knowledge, teach skills, and provide opportunities that ensure access to affordable, nutritious food that is regionally based and sustainably produced. Our products range from fresh leafy greens and herbs grown in our Hydroponic farms, along with your traditional outdoor staples as the season progresses. We also plan to offer dried herbs, and whimsicles, a cold sweet treat.
