Philly South Steaks

I am a food truck (trailer) that specializes in Cheesesteaks and other Philadelphia inspired sandwiches. We aspire to provide an authentic cheesesteak experience, similar to what one might find in Philadelphia. We do carry some ingredients that are commonly found in the northeast like Cooper Sharp cheese, Italian Long Hot peppers, and Broccoli Rabe, and of course Cheez Whiz in an effort to provide the many transplants from the Philadelphia region a reminder for home.
