Sauvie Island Blueberries

Blueberries are from Sauvie Island Farm on Sauvie Island, OR.

We are excited to offer a mix of Early Blues and Liberty Blueberries. Early Blues are a medium sized, sweet with light blue berries, while Liberty have large, sky blue berries with excellent flavor. Blueberries are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin C , vitamin K and manganese. Blueberries are believed to have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all common fruits and vegetables. We love this mix of Northwest blueberries on their own as a treat or mixed in our chia, oatmeal or to make a backcountry berry crisp!
