We started from a Local Family restaurant in Tampa called; Fresh Bites Organic Lebanese Cuisine. After 8 years of operation we decided to start packing some of our beloved food items with the intent of creating them just like our ancestors did in Jbeil, Lebanon, without harmful food additives that plague the industry today. Our products are Non-GMO certified and we are dedicated to make sure no hydrogenated oils, preservatives, artificial ingredients, or any adulterant that wasn't on this planet hundreds of years ago is in non of our products!
