The Fermentista works with local farms to preserve the abundance that the seasons have to offer by fermenting local produce in to sauerkraut and other products for you to find here at your favorite Portland farmer’s market.
My products are lacto-fermented vegetables. I source all the produce locally from small farms that are often not certified organic (too small for that to make sense) but they all follow organic practices.
