OHSU Asian Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group

The Asian Pacific Islander’s Employee Resource Group’s (API ERG) mission is to foster a sense of community and identity among the diverse cultures of our group, providing support and social connection where every individual can thrive at OHSU. API ERG provides a safe and inclusive space to advocate and to create awareness for the diverse needs of OHSU employees, faculty, students, and volunteers; including, but not limited to: facilitating networking opportunities for the API ERG community and supporters; creating cultural awareness of different API groups; providing professional and personal development opportunities; facilitating community outreach opportunities; promoting fellowship among its members and allies; and standing in solidarity with community issues and challenges.
