Smash Burger

Simple Smash Burgers (4 oz. 80/20 patties) cooked on-site on a griddle. Meat mixture (salt, pepper) and simple fix-insto be prepared at a Commercial Kitchen and properly/safely transported for cooking on the griddle. These include grilled onions, mushrooms and bell peppers.

Locally sourced meats, cheese, and vegetables. Served on Kaiser or potato rolls or locally sourced bread if possible.
My sauces are an option to top as well.
