Indigo Culinary Co. is a Black woman-led social enterprise dedicated to preserving and celebrating the foodways of the African diaspora. Through handcrafted spice blends, community meals, and educational programming, we honor the resilience, migration, and cultural inheritance embedded in Black culinary traditions. Our work bridges past and present, connecting people to the flavors, stories, and legacies that shape our kitchens. In addition to curating educational programming we also have a full line of spice blends.
