As a minority-owned, home-based micro bakery, I am passionate about crafting traditional, preservative-free breads and pastries that tell a story. Growing up in a Turkish household and spending time on farms in Turkey, I developed a deep love for food made from scratch with simple, wholesome ingredients. My sourdough loaves are made with organic, non-GMO flour, and freshly home milled organic flour, water, salt, and time, nothing else! Alongside my classic sourdough, I offer a unique range of flavors like Gochujang Cheddar, Double Chocolate, and Stout Beer, as well as Turkish and European pastries passed down through generations. I'm excited to share my passion for authentic, handcrafted baked goods with the Burke Farmers Market community!
