Sourdough Pasta

Our Sourdough pasta is packaged dry and ready to cook. Each package is 8oz (4 servings). This pasta is a unique twist on traditional pasta, incorporating the tangy flavor and depth of sourdough into the dough. Made with a combination of organic semolina as well as organic all purpose flour and a small amount of sourdough starter.

When cooked, sourdough pasta maintains a firm, al dente texture, just like traditional pasta, but with a slight chewiness that complements its unique flavor profile. The slight fermentation process during its making gives it a bit more depth compared to regular pasta, and is perfect for a variety dishes, from simple olive oil and garlic to rich, creamy sauces, or even tossed with fresh herbs and vegetables.
