What started off as a gathering of friends turned into a recipe for undeniably tasty smoked salsa. While sampling local cuisine such as salsa in Ybor City followed by the cities famous cigars, a question arose - why is it nearly impossible to find a salsa with a balanced yet assertive smoky flavor? With the answer to that question - Cigar City Smoked Salsa was born.
