Asian Inspired

We are a current pop-up vendor with Hapoy Valley Farmers market. We specialize in Cambodian food and/or a variety of Asian dishes. Most are dishes we grew up with loving and/or starting learning to make. We have egg rolls/lumpia rolls, beef and chicken skewers marinades with various Asian ingredients. We also have a version of Pho we call in Cambodia Kuy-thiev. It’s a beef noodle soup.
