Alexis worked as a professional audio engineer for the last decade. After losing 135lbs on a plant based diet, Alexis finally heeded the advice of family and friends to offer her delicious food to the public. Utilizing her extensive background in mixing records, she incorporated the same attention to detail to engineer flavors: balancing highs and lows, leveling spices, and infusing passion and love into the cuisine.
