Samba Bowl

This is our vegan stew that is inspired by the
Brazilian national dish called feijoada. We make the Samba Bowl with brown rice, black beans, roasted zucchini, roasted peppers and onions. It’s topped with steamed kale and cabbage along with toasted manioc root. Avocado is an optional add on for that warm and savory offering.
