We specialize in freshly infused olive oils and oak barrel aged balsamic vinegars. We have been proudly pouring oil and balsamic in Lambton County since 2017. We currently import bulk olive oils and balsamics and hand pour in our certified prep kitchen. We have partnered with Lambton College to produce our own lines. This spring/summer we will be launching our own line of infused oils &/ balsamics from herbs that we grow and buy locally.
