The Sweet Treat Oven is a small business I am in hopes of creating to sell baked goods at the Charlottesville farmers market! My main focus for this business is to sell a variety of packaged homemade cake truffles that will change flavors based on the season/holiday. I would have four different flavors in each box which could contain about 4-8 truffles. I would also like to make individually packaged cookies and brownies, as well as a more standard variety of cake ball truffles like sugar cookies, chocolate, cookies and cream, and salted caramel. I've really grown a passion for baking through the past couple of years and always get told that I should sell my creations, so this is my attempt! If I am able to get in the market I will save a lot of the money to buy pottery equipment to hopefully sell at the market as well!

Hello! My name is Hailey Bluthardt, and I’m very interested in selling my baked goods! I’ve really grown a passion in creating unique foods and tasty treats, so I decided that I want to try to sell them at the market. All of my treats are completely homemade whether it’s making the cookies before the truffle balls, to making the syrups and different flavors. I am 21 years old, and have a lot of ideas and ambitions for my life as years progress, and this is just the beginning! I am currently a server/manager at Citizen Burger Bar, and have had lots of experience in the kitchen throughout my life. I hope you enjoy my sweet treats as much as I enjoy making them!
