The Rolling Kaz is a farm-to-belly food truck dedicated to serving fresh, locally sourced, (hand crafted by our chef Johnny Konuk) shawarma, falafel wraps, rice bowls, and vibrant salads, all crafted with the highest quality ingredients from local farms and purveyors. Based in the heart of Crested Butte, Colorado, our mission is to create bold, flavorful dishes that celebrate the region’s rich agricultural bounty while incorporating authentic, traditional flavors.

We take pride in partnering with local producers such as Mountain Bird for pasture-raised chicken, Juno Farms for seasonal vegetables, Thistle Whistle for fresh greens and J&M Farm for aromatic spices. We ensure that even our bread and flour come from trusted regional suppliers like Mountain Oven. To achieve the most authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, we also work with select vendors for essential ingredients.

The Rolling Kaz is a proud extension of Mount Kaz Catering, a premier catering service founded by Johnny Konuk. Under the umbrella of Forest Queen F&B LLC, Mount Kaz Catering specializes in crafting custom menus for intimate dinner parties, weddings, and large-scale banquets.
