Hello! The Whole Grain Hearth is a small, owner operated bakery located in London, ON. We have been serving London and surrounding areas for almost 8 years. Our speciality is 100% naturally fermented sourdough and rustic, laminated pastries made with organic, Canadian grains milled in house on a weekly basis! We are proud to source our ingredients locally with our butter coming from Alliston, ON, our eggs coming from Listowel, ON, our organic dairy from Harmony Organics in Listowel, ON, our cheese from Bright, ON, and our organic grain from Gorrie, ON. We also purchase local produce when in season.
