In Del Norte we celebrate Argentine food through handmade empanadas and locro, made with home-style cooking in mind—simple ingredients, no additives, and no artificial flavors or colors. I’m an Argentine local to the Hudson Valley, and Del Norte is my way of sharing the food culture I grew up with—recipes and flavors that feel like home, because I truly believe that’s the only way to deliver incredible flavor and superior quality.

I love meeting customers at the market, sharing stories, and seeing their reactions when they taste my food for the first time. And if you see me with a mate, you’re welcome to join—just like good friends do in Argentina.
