Yana's Chocolate: French Crepes

I’m reaching out because I operate a successful mobile creperie at farmers' markets in Scottsdale, Arizona, from October through May. I serve as an anchor food vendor, drawing in a high volume of customers and selling a significant number of crepes each week. Since Arizona summers are too hot for outdoor markets, I’m looking to expand to the Denver area for June and July.

I wanted to see if you currently have a crepe vendor at your market or if you’d be interested in having one for two months of your season. My menu is flexible, but I currently serve fresh-made sweet crepes (Nutella, strawberry spread, bananas) and a savory option with ham and cheese (pre-cooked).
