I make all natural sugar-free, low carb and grain free meals and baked goods for the Keto, Gluten Free and Sugar Free lifestyle as well as an all natural, fragrance free magnesium chloride cream also catered to the Keto way of life due to the loss of electrolytes with that lifestyle. However magnesium is used in over 300 processes in the body and most of us are deficient due to soil depletion in farming, inability to absorb it internally and various other reasons. Skin is the best way to absorb magnesium and magnesium chloride is the body’s most utilized form of magnesium. I’ve been selling my goods and creams to friends and family and after so many telling me I need to take it to the next level, I am now ready to bring it to the Nashville market, specifically the Nolensville Farmer’s Market because it is a weekly necessity for me; I love it and what they have done for the community, farmers and artisans.
