El Gato Chocolates is a beans-to-bar manufacturer and retailer of high-end, organic chocolate bars and other cacao-derived products. Our U.S. headquarters is in Glendale, WI and our factory and original store are in Tarapoto, Peru.

We're redefining how a bar of luxury chocolate should taste. Using the minimal amount of high-quality ingredients (i.e., no fillers like soy lecithin or oils) we've crafted 10 delicious chocolate recipes. These range from traditional milk and dark to uniquely Peruvian creations incorporating quinoa, amaranth, and golden berry.
