Spectracolor Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned and operated specialty coffee roastery based in Easton, PA. We approach coffee with open minds and curious palates, celebrating each bean’s unique journey from farm to cup.

We roast light to let the coffee’s natural flavors shine—sweet, complex, and juicy. Every coffee carries the story of its origin, from the soil it’s grown in to the people who nurture it. Our job is to honor that by highlighting what makes each one distinctive and bringing out its best traits.

Our master roaster Laura Fay has over 14 years of experience in the beverage industry. We roast in small batches on a Loring Falcon 15-kilo roaster, using an oxygen-free environment to preserve flavor.

Roasting is both science and art, and we embrace the constant evolution that comes with it. This journey of creativity, kindness, and coffee is one we’re stoked to be on—and we can’t wait to share it with you. ☕✨
