Decadent Desserts Waco is an artisanal dessert bakery based in Waco, Texas.
Owned and operated by Mel Evans. I've been baking from scratch for over 12 years and I offer an assortment of goods from french macarons, scones, petite cakes, biscotti and more. We use the highest quality ingredients, and source seasonally and locally as much as possible.
