Microgreens are one of nature's best gifts to us! These baby greens are packed with minerals, vitamins, and flavors, - up to 100x more than their mature counterparts! Just one handful is all you need to add a punch to any toast, salad, or smoothie.

We started growing vegetables and microgreens for our family due to a health scare. Eating a variety of microgreens and whole food have been life changing for us. We started offering them to our friends and family, and the rest is history!

We grow all our microgreens and herbs with organic coco coir and soil, premium organic seeds, and with filtered water.
