Our company involves hand crafted gourmet caramel popcorn inspired from the love of GC Murphy's specialty caramel popcorn . Back in the 80's visiting Lafayette Square Mall for caramel corn was true nostalgia. I began researching and experimenting in the kitchen with caramel popcorn in 2009 as GC Murphy's had closed its doors and I craved the taste of GC Murphy's specialty corn. . As I continued to experiment with different flavorings and popcorn textures I received even more requests for my gourmet caramel corn. From there I decided to take a step out on faith and offer it for sale.
