Description
The corn flour empanada is a typical Venezuelan breakfast that is also often used as an appetizer. The dough is made with precooked corn flour, salt, sugar, and water. It is prepared fried and can be filled with a number of different flavors. On this occasion, we chose the beef stew we use in the Beef Polvorosa , already included in our main menu. The idea is to offer a gluten-free option for our customers.
