Tom's Smokehouse

We specialize in Texas-style BBQ serving smoked beef brisket, pork ribs, sausages, pulled pork, cornbread, mac n cheese, coleslaw and baked beans. I serve these classic BBQ items through my food trailer at events, but also cater if needed.
