Quiche Me If You Can is an independently owned vegetarian business specializing in freshly baked quiche and hot soup. Varying seasonally and only using the freshest ingredients, our menu is truly one of a kind.
We really focus on creating an opportunity for people to eat more ethically, whether they realize it or not. Using only pasture raised eggs, organic dairy products, and local produce that is never sprayed or treated with any chemicals or pesticides, we're trying to change what people consider to be "guilt free eating."

Quiche Me If You Can is an independently owned business. I'm the owner, Christa.
With the goal of being a more conscious consumer in mind, I started baking quiches using local produce, pasture raised eggs, and organic dairy products in 2017. I lived alone and quite enjoyed bringing little quiches to friends and business owners in my neighborhood and it quickly just became my thing... Then in 2018, as my "thing" evolved into a passion, I visited France where I was able to experience all the flavors of a traditional French quiche. I returned home to Portland with the itch to recreate these delicious, fluffy quiches like I had gotten in France with my own spin. Thus became Quiche Me If You Can! And the untraditional petite quiche :)
