My name is Sebastian Gomez Callejon, I am a Spanish Chef. I prepare and sell two amazing Artisan Paellas: seafood and mixta (chorizo & chicken), following my mother's recipe. To preserve their freshness, the paellas are pre-cooked and immediately vacuum-packed and frozen. They are sold as single-serving. Paella is a typical Spanish dish. Its preparation requires particular knowledge and the use of many ingredients, which can often discourage people from making it at home. My vacuum-sealed, frozen paellas, allow everyone to enjoy this delicious dish easily by simply adding 1 cup of water and boiling for 15 minutes.
This year I will be offering another typical Spanish specialty: Croquetas. These traditional Spanish fritters are also pre-cooked and immediately vacuum-packed and frozen. I will be offering 3 different types of croquetas : chicken / chorizo / blue-cheese and chorizo.
