We provide, healthy, homemade style, convenient, all vegan, frozen soups and pasta sauces that can just be thawed, heated and served, to help busy people and families. We want to help everyone, especially those who are plant based/vegan with quick easy meals that are hearty, wholesome and nutritious, so you never have to sacrifice nutrition for a convenient meal. We especially love helping those who are plant curious and looking to transition to a more plant based or vegan lifestyle, realize that it's not as scary as you may think and with our food you will never have to miss out on your favourite flavours or textures. We provide traditional style foods, just like mom or grandma would make, hearty and wholesome, but always vegan and made with our own unique twist that you will LOVE.

My name is Aleisa, vegan chef and founder/owner of Hearty Vegan. I am a wife and mom to 3 amazing kids. I am a huge animal lover and advocate, with 2 happy, healthy rescue dogs and a rescue lovebird. I've always had a passion for food and feeding people. Cooking is my love language and flavour mixing is my super power! I realized there is no one I would rather cook and start this business with than my mom! We make an amazing team in the kitchen and have always loved working together to pull off some mouthwatering, fancy dinners and events. So with the constant support and love of: Connie (my mom), my husband, and our other family, plus A LOT of hard work, our small mother/daughter business, Hearty Vegan, was born. At Hearty Vegan, we want to bring Hearty, Healthy, Healing, Nourishing foods to busy people and families, so you can have some homemade/traditional style foods, just like mom would make, but vegan, at your fingertips, in the freezer, ready to just heat and serve. Most of our recipes are whole food plant based, without added oils or processed foods, and we have many gluten free options, as well as some soy free and nut free options. One day we would love to become fully organic! When you choose our products you will never have to sacrifice nutrition, flavour or textures for a convenient meal. You will feel great about feeding our food to your family. We care about the Earth, animals, and the members of our community. We try to source our produce locally when possible and love supporting other small businesses in our community. We will always do our best to reduce our carbon footprint and stay as green as possible. We hope you will LOVE our Hearty Soups and Pasta Sauces!
