Bloom

Bloom is a little pink food truck that specializes in freshly blended acai bowls and smoothies! We harvest our own honey and locally source as many ingredients as possible in the summertime. We cruise around in Big Bessie who is a 1950 Wonder Bread Truck. We serve primarily rural towns in south central Iowa. We are entering our 4th food truck season. Our mission is to increase access and education about whole foods in rural Iowa! Our Bloom crew absolutely loves slinging acai and we come ready to tackle any BIG event!
