I'm an Air Force veteran that has served 25 years in the military. Although I was a Health Administrator in the service, my original college degree is in Design. I also have a passion for surfing and my Filipino culture. My journey to surfing didn't start until my 30s when I lived in Hawaii; but back then, I was all about outrigger paddling which eventually led me to the surfboard. After serving, I found a way to return to my passion for art. I specialize in designing original illustrations that I incorporate into apparel and accessories. Additionally, I handcraft pouches and bags, many of which are up-cycled, combining sustainability with unique artistry. My business and illustrations are heavily influenced by the surfing, Hawaiian, Filipino, and military cultures while using up-cycled, organic and sustainable materials as much as possible.
