Since 2018, Jiny’s Kimchi has been a part of the Perth Farmers’ Market, sharing the vibrant flavours of Korean cuisine with the community. Our kimchi is more than just a food trend—it’s made from fresh napa cabbage, naturally fermented with traditional Korean seasonings to deliver a perfect balance of bold taste and wholesome nutrition. Packed with probiotics, vitamins, and fibre, it’s as nutritious as it is delicious.
