Ensora

The story of Ensōra started with a passion for matcha and a simple idea—sharing it with our community. From there, it grew into a vision: a space where tradition meets modern creativity, and people can gather, connect, and share memorable experiences together. The name combines “ensō,” the Japanese symbol for strength, balance, and unity, with “sora,” meaning sky, to awaken a sense of openness and endless possibilities.

If selected as a vendor, we will offer a curated menu featuring specialty matcha and houjicha lattes, available both iced and hot, along with mochi muffins and gourmet cookies inspired by Asian flavors.
