Clio Goodman, a renowned pastry chef and owner of By Clio in New York City, is known for creating delectable treats. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, she's honed her skills at Union Square Cafe, DB bistro and Cafe Bolude, BKLYN Larder and as a private chef.
Her bakery offers a delightful assortment of artisan cakes, pastries, and her signature baking products. Beyond her culinary endeavors, Clio is a published cookbook author and was once the beloved owner of Puddin' by Clio.
